This event is now a combination of Harbor Harvest and Oysterfest.

Mark your calendars for October 12th, 2024 (a Canadian long weekend!), as Blaine proudly presents the Harbor Harvest Festival—a celebration of the bountiful fall harbor harvest set against the backdrop of our stunning Drayton harbor. An incredible family-friendly event celebrating everything harvest and oysters. Enjoy live music, a street fair, and kids' activities galore - all while indulging in some delicious deep-cupped Drayton Harbor Oyster Company oysters - grown less than a mile from their restaurant!

Downtown Blaine: Immerse yourself in the charming ambiance of downtown Blaine, where the festival will take place. Stroll through the streets lined with picturesque shops and boutiques, and take in the stunning views of the harbor as you revel in the autumn spirit.

This family-friendly event promises to be a delightful experience for all, with activities and entertainment suitable for every age group.

Important Details for Vendors

Vendor Spaces: This is an outdoor event - Please bring your own canopy (with weights/tie downs), tables, chairs, extension cord or any other equipment needed. Spaces are approximately 10X10 feet.

Set Up: You must arrive between 9:00am and 11:00am, we open at noon. Vendors are required to remain until the tear down begins at 5:00pm.

Payment:
$35 or $30 (15% discount for CM) for a Craft/Commercial booth
$45 of $38 ( 15% discount for CM) for a Food Booth
$15 for a Non-profit booth.
(CM) = Chamber Member. Priority goes to Chamber Members in the selection process.
You will get approximately 1 10x10 space, can pay for up to 2 spaces!

You will be contacted and invoiced if your application is approved. DO NOT make a payment prior to your application being approved.

Applying to vend at our events doesn't guarantee a spot due to high demand, with applications often doubling our available space. Thank you for understanding.

Application Deadline:
August 17th 2024, approval & waitlist emails will be sent out following this deadline.

Expected event turn out: 2,000-4,000 people.

It is agreed that I will collect and pay my own Washington State Sales Tax, if applicable, and I assume all liabilities while marketing my wares. If a food vendor, I will comply with Whatcom County health regulations. *
