    PARADE FEES:
    Parade participant: $30 (this is for anyone who doesn't fall in the other two categories below).
    Politician: $100
    Non-Profit: $15

    4th of July (Thursday)
    Check-in: 9am-10am Line-up: 10am-11:30am Judging: 11:30am
    Parade starts at 12pm sharp!
    Day-of check-in: Please send 1 representative to sign in and collect line-up number and line-up location (10-11:30am) . A volunteer will be on site to direct you. All entries should be in place no later than 11:30am.
    Awards: Will be given to 1st, 2nd and 3rd place in each category immediately following the parade, collect your award at the judge's stand.

    Notes: All vehicle entries must be decorated! All animal entries must provide a cleaning crew!

    The individual(s) and/or organization listed above shall, as a condition of participation, indemnify and hold harmless the City of Blaine and Blaine Chamber of Commerce from any and all claims, suits, losses, damages, or expenses on account of the Old fashioned 4th parade. Further, the said individual(s) and/or organization will defend on behalf of the city of Blaine and Blaine chamber of Commerce, all claims, suits for bodily injury or property damage arising out of their participation in the Old fashioned 4th parade. The said individual(s) or organization shall be responsible for their own insurance. I grant permissions to all of the foregoing to use and photographs, motion pictures, records, or any other record of this event for legitimate purpose and I understand that my name may be listed in the results posted in media publication including, but not limited to, online and newspapers.
    IMPORTANT SAFETY MEASURE *
    Candy and/or other items may NOT be tossed from moving or stationary vehicles along the parade route, but must be handed to parade viewers in order to keep children from running into the street. Note: Only hard, wrapped candy may be given to parade viewers -- No taffy/chocolate/confetti!
