The Blaine Harbor Music Festival and Camp is excited to offer a live camp program for 2026.

All classes taught by our world-class faculty. Students will be able to choose from 4 programs of study: Instrumental Jazz, Vocal Jazz, Pop/Rock Performance/Songwriting and Concert Band/Orchestral Instruments which is a program for orchestral and non-traditional jazz instruments.

About Blaine Harbor Music Festival: "BHMF was founded by the Pacific Arts Association, an all volunteer organization that produces annual series of concerts by professional artists throughout the year at the Blaine Performing Arts Center."
Their mission: "The Pacific Arts Association is dedicated to actively promoting the arts in and around Blaine, WA by offering concerts, events, and an annual music festival designed to educate, entertain, and inspire members of the community."
A series of free concerts will take place in August at Peace Arch State Park featuring international music and dance groups.
The free one-hour concerts take place each Sunday in August. The concerts are being presented by Washington State Parks Folk and Traditional Arts Program, with additional support from the city of Blaine’s tourism advisory committee.
The Peace Arch International Concert Series celebrates the Pacific Northwest’s diversity of cultures and traditions with music and dance performances from communities around the world, including those in Thailand, Brazil, Texas/Mexico and Eastern Europe.
