Mark your calendars for October 7th, 2023 (a Canadian long weekend!), as Blaine proudly presents the Harbor Harvest Festival—a brand new celebration of the bountiful fall harbor harvest set against the backdrop of our stunning Drayton harbor.
What to expect:
Craft Vendors: Get ready to shop till you drop as we bring together 40 talented craft vendors. Explore an array of unique handmade treasures, from intricate jewelry to beautiful artwork, and find that perfect fall gift or decor item.
Food Vendors: Indulge in a delectable culinary journey with over 20 food vendors showcasing the flavors of the harbor and beyond. From savory delights to sweet treats, satisfy your taste buds with seasonal favorites that highlight the best of local produce and culinary creativity.
Live Music: Tap your feet and sway to the rhythm as three fantastic bands take the stage, providing a lively soundtrack throughout the festival.
All Ages Beer Garden: Enjoy the crisp autumn air while sipping on refreshing beverages at our all-ages beer garden. Whether you prefer a local craft beer or a non-alcoholic specialty drink, raise your glass in celebration and soak up the festive atmosphere.
Downtown Blaine: Immerse yourself in the charming ambiance of downtown Blaine, where the festival will take place. Stroll through the streets lined with picturesque shops and boutiques, and take in the stunning views of the harbor as you revel in the autumn spirit.
This family-friendly event promises to be a delightful experience for all, with activities and entertainment suitable for every age group.
**Important Details for Vendors**
Vendor Spaces: This is an outdoor event - Please bring your own canopy (with weights/tie downs), tables, chairs, extension cord or any other equipment needed. Spaces are approximately 10X10 feet.
Set Up: You must arrive between 9:00am and 11:00am, we open at noon. Vendors are required to remain until the tear down begins at 5:00pm.
Payment: $40 or $30 (CM) for a Food booth, $30 of $20 (CM) for a Craft/Commercial booth, $10 or $5 (CM) for a Non-profit booth. **You will be contacted and invoiced if your application is approved. DO NOT make a payment prior to your application being approved.** (CM) = Chamber Member.
Application Deadline: September 22nd 2023
Expected event turn out: 2,000-4,000 people.
