Holiday Harbor Lights Festival 2024
Blaine’s Holiday Harbor Lights - Saturday, November 30th, 2023
Join us for a day filled with holiday cheer and family fun activities starting at 9 a.m. It's the perfect way to kick off the festive season!
For Vendors:
Vendor Information:
- Set up: 9:00 am - 11:00 am
- Bring your own tables, chairs, and any necessary items for displaying your merchandise.
- Volunteers needed for event cleanup.
Space and Stall Assignments:
- Each booth is approximately 10x10'.
- Stalls will be assigned, and vendor locations are yet to be determined (likely at the CTK church and/or Pavilion).
- Booth fees:
- Craft/Commercial: $25 (CM $21 - 15% discount)
- Food: $35 (CM $30 - 15% discount)
- Non-Profits: $15
*CM* = Chamber Member. Priority will be given to Chamber Members during the selection process.
Application Deadline:
- October 5th, 2024
- Approval and waitlist emails will be sent following this deadline.
*Note:* Applying to vend at our events does not guarantee a spot due to high demand, as applications often exceed our available space. Thank you for your understanding.
Payment Information:
- You will be contacted and invoiced if your application is approved.
- **DO NOT** make a payment prior to your application being approved.
