2026 Blaine Saturday Market - Vendor Form

Blaine is known for its coastal vibe and small-town charm. This year we are excited to be adding different themed activities to enhance and entice more visitors to our markets therefore increasing your visibility. We would love to see vendors participate in these themes as well. These markets are a great way for you to share your craft with our community as well as visiting families.

Dates: Every Saturday, beginning May 23rd - September 26th. Be sure to check out our events calendar for fun themes that will be offered at occasional market dates.
Time: 10am-2pm
Location: G Street Plaza

Important Details

Vendor Spaces: This is an outdoor event - Please bring your own canopy (with weights/tie downs), tables, chairs, displays for merchandise and extension cord or any other equipment needed. Spaces are approximately 10X10 feet

Set Up: Please arrive between 9 and 10, we open at 10. If you need an earlier start time, please contact us. And ensure you can stay until tear down.

Insurance: Vendors must have their own insurance to participate. This policy must be included with your registration.

Hold Harmless: Must be completed at the time of registration or your application will not be considered.

Payment:
$15 for Chamber Members
$20 for non-members
Priority goes to Chamber Members in the selection process.
No refunds*

How to pay: Payments are made online, 7 days prior to the event. This must be done in advance allowing our team time to fill any vacant spots.

Application Deadline: Submit your application seven days in advance. Your application needs to include insurance, hold harmless, and payment.

By registering as a vendor, you agree to the following:

Vendor agrees to maintain the dignity and integrity of the event. We reserve the right to ask any vendor to leave the show if they are not acting in the best interest of the event.

Each vendor is responsible for leaving their area clean upon departure. Vendors are responsible for disposing of trash and recyclables at the end of the day in the bins provided.

Hold Harmless and Indemnification Agreement: By participating as a vendor in the weekend fair organized by the Blaine Chamber of Commerce (“Host”), the undersigned vendor (“Vendor”) agrees to the following: The Vendor agrees to assume full responsibility for any and all risks, injuries, losses, damages, or claims of any kind arising out of or related to the Vendor’s participation in the event, including but not limited to injuries to persons, damage to property, or theft. The Vendor hereby releases, holds harmless, and indemnifies the City of Blaine and Blaine Chamber of Commerce and , its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, agents, and representatives from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or connected with the Vendor’s activities, products, services, equipment, employees, contractors, or representatives at the event. This obligation applies regardless of whether such claims are caused in whole or in part by the Vendor and includes claims brought by the Vendor, its employees, subcontractors, customers, or any third party. The Vendor further agrees to comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws, regulations, and safety requirements and acknowledges that participation is voluntary. *
